Perforated tool panel with for assembly on perforated pillar. The panel is mounted tight against the pillar to reduce rattles and it builds 14 mm in front of the perforated pillar. Metal thickness 1.5 mm, hole dimension 9x9 mm and hole distance c/c 38 mm. 14 mm folded edge all around.
The powder coat we use on our ESD products is made of a semiconducting epoxy polyester powder. The paint meets the requirements for SP-Method 2472.
