During upholstery production, the coating and the spray-on skin are sprayed separately into the mold. After drying, the cold foam is poured in. A state-of-the-art robot handles the application. This ensures not only consistently high quality but also an efficient and environmentally friendly production process.
The 4D armrests are adjustable in the following directions:
Height: up to 110 mm
Width: up to 20 mm
Depth: up to 60 mm
Additionally, they can be swiveled inward and outward at an angle of ±45°.
This allows the armrests to be precisely adapted to the user's posture and work tasks, ensuring maximum ergonomics and comfort.
