A combination ladder can be used both as a leaning ladder and as a free-standing A-frame ladder. The ladders come equipped with a lower stabilizer bar that prevents the ladder from tipping sideways. To ensure torsional rigidity, the ladder frame is made from box-profile sections.
When the ladder is in the working position, the ribbed rungs are horizontal. This ensures comfortable working conditions, and when used as a leaning ladder, it is easy to find a safe angle. Anti-slip feet and the lower stabilizer bar keep the ladder securely in place.
When choosing the length of a combination ladder, it should be taken into account that when used as a leaning ladder, the top three rungs are not used. These support the ladder and reduce the risk of falling.
